They did an amazing job with fixing an existing mold problem in a house me and my wife bought and came out a couple hours before we closed on the house to make sure everything was taken care of.  He was very thorough and meticulous with his work and was very knowledgeable about mold and everything that goes with the remediation of it. He came highly recommended by a previous customer of his. Matt was very responsive when I called to schedule an inspection. I suspected there may be a mold issue in our basement since we had water issues the last couple years after big storms. Matt came out very quickly to inspect my home for mold. Matt explained that  mold may be visible to the trained eye. If is it not, he can do a mold test and have it analyzed by a lab. Since my mold was obvious, Matt said he didn’t want to waste my money on running the test. He pointed out the areas that mold was present. I noticed it immediately after he pointed it out. Matt spent an hour analyzing the areas and explaining what needed to be done to correct the issue. Before leaving Matt said he would send a proposal before the end of the day. He did exactly that. Having never had a mold issue corrected before, I thought it would be wise to get a second opinion. I got another professional inspection and proposal. Both proposal recommended very similar things to address that issue. However, Mold Recovery Plus offered additional services that made it a far more comprehensive project and, believe it or not, it was significantly less expensive. Sometimes you can’t be sure if adding services and cost to the project is really necessary or worthwhile but Matt explain what he would do and why it was necessary. And you add the fact that the entire project was significantly less expensive, made the decision to go with Mold Recovery Plus the easy and smart choice. Matt visited my home four times to complete each phase of the project and update me before and after each phase. I was completely impressed and overjoyed with the results.

I can completely recommend Matt and Mold Recovery Plus for any and all the services offered. I would also volunteer to serve a a reference for anyone that may rely more on speaking to a previous customer live on the phone. I am certainly available to do that too.
